Octalex Green Lighting (OGL) is an Australian owned, Melbourne based company that designs, manufactures, and supplies a market leading range of high quality LED lighting products.

OGL product is engineered and manufactured to the highest standards.  Our facility houses R&D, manufacture and administration. A custom design service for LED lighting is also available from OGL. 

OGL has supplied LED lighting for major retrofit projects in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane and is supplier to one of the largest residential  builder in Victoria and major Australian electrical wholesalers.

OGL has patented  LED down lights to replace 35 and 50W halogens. Of note OGL LED down lights, with a beam angle of more than 60 deg and lumen output more than 50W halogens, are perfect for any halogen down light replacement for venues, regardless of ceiling height. LEDs can be supplied in three different colours: 2,700 deg Kelvin (warm as incandescent light) 3,000 deg Kelvin (warm as halogen light) or 4,000 deg Kelvin (neutral colour).

OGL LED’s can replace any traditional indoor source of light, (halogens, fluoro and metal halide lights – up to 150W), including those controlled by BUS (e.g. - CBUS) and central dimmers (e.g. Dynalite). 

OGL LED’s provide significant cost savings with up to 80% on electricity consumption plus lower maintenance requirements over halogen.
